Service Description

The Revive Training Experience: Built for the Athlete, Optimized for the Swing. This is not a "workout." This is a precision-engineered training session designed to bridge the gap between your physical capacity and your performance on the tee box. [ATTENTION: RESTRICTED ACCESS] Revive Golf Performance operates on a "Screen First" philosophy. To ensure the safety and efficiency of our protocols, these sessions are exclusively available to athletes who have completed their initial Golf Performance Assessment. We do not guess with your body; we train based on your specific TPI movement data. What Happens in a Training Session? Every 60-minute session at ASAP Fitness is a high-intensity, golf-specific deep dive into your unique physical bottlenecks. As an ATC and TPI-certified professional, I oversee every rep to ensure that the strength you build in the gym actually translates to speed on the course. Our Core Focus Areas: Rotational Power: We utilize ground force mechanics and medicine ball ballistics to increase your "X-Factor" and rotational velocity. Mobility Maintenance: We don't just "stretch." We use active mobility drills to ensure your hips, T-spine, and shoulders have the range of motion required for a modern, efficient swing. Functional Strength: Building the "Engine." We focus on the glutes, core, and lead-side stability necessary to hold your posture through impact, even at 100+ MPH. Load Management: As an Athletic Trainer, I monitor your volume. If you played 36 holes yesterday, we pivot to recovery and stability. If you’re in a "gain phase," we push for max output. The Tech Stack in Action: During these sessions, we continue to utilize Onform Video Analysis to ensure your gym movements mirror your swing needs. We also utilize PRGR Launch Monitor data periodically to ensure our strength gains are showing up in your clubhead speed metrics. The Goal: We want you to step onto the first tee feeling powerful, resilient, and athletic. By the end of our training block, your physical limits will no longer be the reason you aren't reaching your scoring goals. Booking Information: Location: ASAP Fitness, Wheeling, IL.
